I went in on a Saturday morning to get a strep test. I was the only person in the waiting room and was brought back quickly. The medical assistant was thorough and attentive and we discussed my current medical hx including that I am nursing. I had to wait maybe 20 to 30 minutes after getting my swabs done. The provider came in and gave me my results and her plan for treatment. Unfortunately, she didnu2019t notice that I was breast-feeding which impacted her medication recommendations. She was apologetic for missing this detail but Iu2019m fortunate I was able to advocate for myself while currently breastfeeding to protect my baby. Otherwise she gave detailed recommendations and explanations for her plan of treatment.

Recently visited this location due to severe foot laceration. Ended up being transferred to the ER due to severity but the urgent care team here is the best in all of Norman. Rachel and Katie were the nicest, most professional, and attentive medical staff I have ever experienced!

Staff are very understanding and accommodating at this facility. We come here every time and the staff provide compassionate careu2026even saved my daughteru2019s life by sending us to get a CT for appendicitis. Love the crew at this location! Always so kind! And, maybe weu2019re lucky, but weu2019ve never had to wait more than 20 min.

Been here twice and molly the nurse is amazing! Dr. Marx also was great. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and seemed to truly care, which was refreshing! Not a long wait for either appointment either!

I went in today for a work place injury. I'd never had one before and had no idea what to do or expect. The staff was amazing to me. The provider Kristy was so patient with me and walked me through it and was amazing. She really made me feel supported and like I wouldn't have to worry. I will be going here from now on even though it's a bit of a drive. Also shout out to the man at the front desk. I didn't get his name, but those were the least painful shots I've ever had and they were very patient with me because I'm terrified of them.
