Clermont Urgent Care is a top tier medical facility and you will realize that from the moment you interact with Monica at the front desk and with each staff member. You can tell that they truly care by the attention they give you, the patience they exhibit, as well as their professionalism. Monica at the front desk made an outstanding first impression which set the bar high for the rest of the staff but each staff member lived up to the expectation set upon arrival. Rebecca is a knowledgeable and caring medical provider and Jenny was very kind. Dr. Ferguson is detail oriented and thorough. She is a compassionate Medical Doctor who makes you feel like you are part of her family. I have found that many medical facilities show less concern about your wellness than a technician at the auto shop shows for your vehicle. Much less actually! Not here!! At Clermont Urgent Care they evaluate, isolate root cause, and then they assign a proper protocol to improve the wellness of their patients!! Thanks a million for standing out!!

After trying to walk in at CareSpot and the reception at the desk told another patient that people with appointments have priority over walk ins, I decided to try this urgent care. I am very pleased with the service. From the lady at the front desk, to the nurse, to Dr Ferguson, everyone was very polite and caring. They understand that people are seeing them because they are not feeling well. The care was top notch and I will be recommending this urgent care to others.

Took my husband in. The lady who called him back was rude and did not allow me to go back with him. I asked the front desk staff was I allowed to go back and she said yes, she didnu2019t understand why they did not allow me to go with my husband. Not friendly at all.
