Staff always friendly and the wait is never unbearable. They try to get you in and out and the ladies today 3/16 (Sunday) was relatable during check in! There were several people who were attentive and helpful during my visit. Paris greeted us and got our visit started. She was very personable. Lydia did the Triage and was very caring. She explained things as she did them, which was very helpful. Sheena saw my Dad today and was knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything, which made things easier. Great experience overall

My daughter wasn't feeling well, so we walked in early. The staff, triage nurse & nurse practitioner greeted us in a very friendly manner. The time it took to wait for test results was minimal. I highly Midwest Express Clinic.

Went at 7:20pm and they said they don't accept BCBS HMO, which website said they do, but we said we will pay out of pocket as my husband standing there bleeding from cutting himself with a sharp knife, and the next clinic is 8 miles away and we have a new born at home didn't want to go far, so we started filling out the paperwork and 13 minutes later they said doctor not going to be able to see you because we are closing soon and that's going to take some time and I stated how do they know they have not seen the cut and she responded it's a laceration so they don't have time for it. So they refuse us service so much for urgent care at this location. Will be reporting to the company about service at this location.
