From MIL (new patient): Office communication is not good. They wonu2019t call you and argue that they did ud83eudd37u200du2640ufe0f never heard back on test result and had to go again (get charged again) just for NP to explain test results when they couldu2019ve called. Never heard back on referral to specialist. Waiting area was clean. Rooms could be cleaner. Overallu2026 Iu2019m getting a new PCP.

Asked for a referral and the medical assistant denied me because I changed my doctor. which was because of how long it took to get any referrals sent. There is no primary care doctor here only the nurse practitioner. She's lovely but the rest are a joke.

We choose this place because of the reviews, BIG MISTAKE!!! My husband went in because he had ear pain. The doctor was friendly but it was really hard to understand her because of her strong accent specifically when she was talking about the insurance (we ended up just agreeing) . The office was small and clean but it seems like they donu2019t have professional equipment. When we got to the room and she was tending to my husband and I was just listening (Iu2019m one week postpartum) she made a comment u201cyou have depression, you need to smileu201d I found that very distasteful. They tested him for strep, Covid and flu and they told him they would call him the next day. Today I called at 4ish because we hadnu2019t heard from them and the doctor answered and she said u201c oh he tested negative he just might have an upper respiratory infectionu201d. I told her that when they said theyu2019ll call they need to call. Rudely she said he was negative we only call when itu2019s positive. Like what?!! Thatu2019s not how it works. She was argumentative back and hung up on me.

Dr. Smitha and her NP Kira are wonderful at their practice. I appreciate all they've done for me and referral to a pulmonologist which was a negative result! I hope to keep them on as my PCP going forward. Thank you Kira, best of luck on that journey to meet weight goals!
