Continued to send my prescription with the wrong DOB. Then proceeded to blame it on the pharmacy, not knowing Iu2019m a pharmacy student and knows how the pharmacy works. When another provider called to give me my labs and said my DOB in the system was wrong (which confirms it was not the pharmacies fault) . I had to call 3 times and even go up there AGAIN to get my prescription fixed. I was in so much pain, I couldu2019ve taken 3 doses of my antibiotic by the time I got my prescription. Horrible experience wouldnu2019t come back here at all.

I bring me and my family here and it's a smooth appt. Never had any problems they do a wonderful job and I always ask for Patrick he is very caring and get the job done keep up the good work eastpointe urgent care and we love the Halloween decorations beautiful work

I have a messed up ankle I called this place 1 day before coming into office to ask if they had a X-ray they said yes I tried to make an appointment they said walk in only. I come to the office and they have no X-ray machine. No wheel chair or crutches for my assistance. I am currently sitting outside of their office, itu2019s insane how so many people lack empathy.
