I left feeling dismissed. I developed a rash 24 hours ago after experiencing irritation in the area for a couple weeks. The irritation was on set by an IV. I had been using over-the-counter cream ever since. My appointment with my primary is set for a later date. I went to urgent care to get it checked and maybe receive prescription strength cream - until I see my doctor. The doctor treated me like I was incompetent and like my concerns were convoluted. I was very concise about what was going on. She criticized every word I said. The doctor gave every scenario other than what I said the source of the irritation was from. Developing a rash weeks after having irritation, I feared it could spread or be infectious. The doctor denied this possibility. Even I know infection can take weeks to appear. Guess what, she was strong and wrong. It did spread significantly! Both arms are presenting with rashes. I had to suffer all last night without a prescription cream to ease the symptoms. This place needs a big dose of implicit bias training.nnI also over heard the clerks and medical assistant that later did my vitals. At the front desk complaining about their sister location sending a patient to them. And how they would refuse the patient care because it wasnu2019t initially, their patientud83eudd2f just diabolical!

I got bit by a dog on my leg earlier this week and went in for a check up and I got great help. The entire staff was very good. Sara answered all my questions, gave me path to move forward with my injury and is very professional. The nurse that wrapped my leg was also very good and so was the lady that got my vitals. The lady at the desk was also helpful with the paperwork. The facilities are nice.nnI've gone here before and had good experiences also.nnI reccomend this place.

Donu2019t waste your time, go elsewhere.nLeft very unhappy with my experience at this urgent care. Dr Sarah seemed nice, but not helpful at all. I went in with chest pain and congestion, dry cough, with no nasal issues whatsoever, no sinus issues, no runny nose. Told the doctor that my daughter had been sick and that azithromycin had not worked so her pediatrician had to prescribe her a different antibiotic, which then seemed to help. She didnu2019t do any testing, no swabs, didnu2019t look in my ears although I said I had had ear pain that was sharp. No chest x-rays. And then prescribed me the same antibiotic that I told her did not work for my daughter. I asked u201care you sure if it didnu2019t work for her and we most likely have the same thing?u201d And got brushed off. Come to find out my paperwork says that I had sinusitis which I do not. I in no way shape or form have sinus issues with this. I came in worried that I had bronchitis or walking pneumonia. Now I have to go waste more time going to another urgent care and hope my insurance wonu2019t cause issues, because all concerns were completely dismissed at this one. I like the Springfield Urgent Care thatu2019s in White Lake but this one I will never be back to. Front desk receptionist and intake MA were very nice though so if anyone deserves the one star I gave itu2019s them.

This is the second time Iu2019ve been to the Springfield Urgent care (first time actually was for my husband) but both experiences were great! Hands down the best urgent care facility Iu2019ve ever been to. ALL staff were kind, patient and had awesome u201cbedsideu201d manner. Very thorough as well. My husband and I cannot say enough about this place. We will not go to another urgent care as long as this place is open! Highly recommend.

Fortunately, they warn you that when you make an appointment, there can still be a long wait, which was my case the two times that I've been here. Once you get into an examination room, it moves quickly. Everyone is polite and competent in their functions. Do yourself a favor and fill out the majority of the forms online.
