I've always preferred to go to this urgent care location because of the great staff and care we've always received. Until today that is when I was asked by Mark - PA Exactly what my goal was in coming to urgent care today? My goal Mark was to get help so I could start feeling better. I'm sure that's primarily the goal of anyone who enters your doors. I suggest that you learn to save your patronizing, condescending tones outside of when you're treating patients. It's ok to admit you don't know how to treat someone rather than make them feel like a hypochondriac. Your profession is called a practice after all. You my friend could use a little practice in your bedside manner. By the way, I rarely do reviews, but I just couldn't let this go. I sincerely hope you don't treat all of your patients how you treated me this afternoon. Take care.

Great Staff. Unfortunately I had to go here on Christmas Day. I was greeted by a nice lady who said she likes my hair and was so friendly. The nurse who did my vitals also so friendly. Doctor H came in and again was super kind and knowledge and made me feel cared for. Got my prescriptions filled right there and Iu2019m back in bed on the mend. Someone needs to let this staff know that they are A plus especially on Christmas Day. Thank you very much for your help.

Appreciate being able to make appointment for urgent care. The doctor, nurse & medical assistant were very thoughtful. The doctor took his time with me and made sure I understood my diagnosis and remedies. The flow of things was great. Love being able to have X-ray, lab, and pharmacy on site.

I had my hand xrayed in urgent care it was a soft tissue injury. They are professional polite and gentle. My hand healed I slipped in my kitchen and hit it on a counter.

My primary doc is here - so it's close and convenient when I needed urgent care. They are usually pretty busy, but move quicker than they think. Most times I've gotten a nurse and doctor team who took me seriously. I appreciate that.
