This Office has the most unprofessional Technician. My appointment was cancelled on twice, I get to the office for MRI's for my back, both knees and my left shoulder. They have you wait close to an hour after your scheduled appointment, the technician would not help me scoot forward and expected me to scoot forward myself with a bad shoulder and wouldn't let my husband come in for him to help me. This ignorant technician chose to cheat bump his attitude and cancelled my appointment and refused to do the MRI's .nnBe prepared to get the worst medical service. DON'T BOTHER GOING TO THIS OFFICE. I'VE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MEDICAL BOARD. FYI THIS TECHS FIRST NAME IF MIKE.

Unacceptable, my mother cannot sit for long period of time as she had a recent surgery. She arrive at 8:30AM because they gave her an appointment at 9:00 AM. However when she arrived the front desk lady very rudely and very disrespectfully said u201cthe technician wonu2019t be here until 9:30u201d so my mother said u201cwhy was I given an appointment for 9:00 AM?u201d And the front lady said u201clet me checku201d another gentleman arrived at 8:52 AM and wrote his name under my mom on the check in list. The front desk lady announced that due to traffic the technician was arriving 20 mins late. As he walked in he took the other guy there waiting by the hand, the technician only said u201cit will be fast mau2019amu201d and they ignored the u201clistu201d they ignored the fact that my mother was given an appointment at 9:00 AM and the first guy had arrived later and he was in there until 9:40 AM. So she waited from 9:00 AM to 9:40 AM. Iu2019m only giving this place 2 stars because the technician was respectful when treating my mother but the overall experience was not. I do not recommend!

Suite D is not alphabetical. Itu2019s located first floor tucked in where a tree/bush fountain is located. Next to suite A. Hard to spot. Just look for words MRI. Front desk receptionist is absolutely friendly and sweet. Tech on the other hand is very serious. Website phone is not accessible. Busy signal. If you need an appointment I suggest you show up in person or contact your attorney or referring physician for the company who handles appointment.nParking is free, and approximately across the street from Taft high.

Had appointment at 1 itu2019s almost 2 and still havenu2019t gotten help. I was here at 2:45 donu2019t know why they make the appointments if they canu2019t keep up. They also havenu2019t bothered to help, or tell us anything. Very disappointed in this place man, such a waste of time like we all have stuff to do. This guy was also waiting but he ended up leaving because the lack of attention. Edit* the doctor who took the xrays was really nice, but still very disappointed with the service.
