Went to the emergency room Saturday evening. I have copd and needed help breathing. The nurse was amazing. But the doctor was horrible and bad bedside manners. I had lost my voice and was having trouble swollening. She did nothing not even look at mt troat. Was rude and refused to give me anything to bring down my blood pressure which was at a dangerous level. All she gave me was help on my breathing and sent me on my way. They also took blood and when asking what my results were She said oh I didn't run them I felt no need to. Why take my blood then? If your going to be in the medical field at least try to give a damn or go do something else.

Fantastic service twice now!Both my Husband and I have been seen in the ER / 24/7 clinic.Each time every staff member we talked with showed a ton of care. And look, I have over 10 years of retail experience, I know when people are faking it or rushing around.We received excellent advice, everyone took time to listen, and answered all of our questions and concerns. From the receptionist, to the three triage nurses who saw us, to Dr. Milesko, I could have not asked for better kind, knowledgeable, and understanding service.My husband and I are typically not the ones to run and see a doctor over any minimal concerns - but it is very nice to know we have a fantastic place to go when we need it.

My Dad was a patient in the rehab wing for over a month and he was treated very well. The nursing staff was attentive and caring towards him and my Mom also who spent every day there. The housekeeper kept his room clean and tidy. We are very grateful for their kindness and compassion.

My mamaw was in Breckinridge Memorial on comfort measures for a couple of weeks. We could not have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time. Every single nurse and CNA treated us like family. They checked on us and even came to visit on their off days. Dr. Smith and Dr. O'Donahue were so patient with us and with mamaw and provided amazing care in her final days. The kitchen staff were so kind and provided us with guest trays while we were there as we stayed 24/7 with mamaw. Before comfort care she was receiving therapy and they went above and beyond trying to help her get her strength back and to be able to perform some of her own activities of daily living. Housekeeping was so respectful and kind when they came in to clean her room. The lab and radiology staff were so kind and gentle with her. This hospital treats you like family and they actually care so much for not only their patients but also the family members of that patient. I will forever be grateful that this is where my mamaw was able to spend her final days. Surrounded by so much love and compassion. Small hospital.....BIG heart u2764ufe0f

The staff are very friendly and thereu2019s never a wait to be seen. Iu2019ve been seen here a few times (even for chronic conditions) and each time I left feeling confident in the doctors treating me. I will say that the compassion towards pain could be improved. I understand this day and age that we must assume everyone is an addict, but some of us are genuine and when we come to you, weu2019re simply saying we donu2019t know what else to do. Please understand. Overall, great hospital, and I will continue to seek my treatment here in the future!
