They were great! We got in fast. We were visiting from out of town and they helped us get the referral we needed and scheduled with a specialist before returning home. The waiting room was full when we arrived just before closing time but the staff did a great job of moving people through. When we were seen as the last patients of the night, we received excellent care. They didnu2019t seem rushed at all even though it was very late and way past closing time. I would return without a second thought. They did an excellent job!

We were visiting family in Idaho for Easter when of course our 16 month old came down with a fever and wheezing. We took her in and, luckily, it was a slow day and we got seen immediately. My daughter had croup so they gave her a breathing treatment and steroid. She also had an ear infection and cold. They gave her the first dose of amoxicillin in case we couldnu2019t get to the pharmacy before it closed. And then two days later, we drove back to Utah and realized we left the amoxicillin in Idaho. I called this center and they were so helpful! They sent in a new prescription for us. They were so great and understanding and accommodating. This is the best care Iu2019ve ever received from an urgent care facility. Better than most doctor offices in general!

Absolutely horrendous wait times. Get to listen to the nurses joking around and having a great time while we wait for TWO HOURS. Disappointing that this is the best option in the area. Also they don't seem to do things in a cost effective manner choosing to do x rays before running a panel. Nurses bedside manner was lacking for sure.nUpdate: after the absolute lazy response I feel 0 stars is adequate. Checking in online does absolutely nothing for the wait once taken back to a room. But way to go on making a very sad and pathetic attempt to look like you're trying with the copy and paste response.

First time here, took my child in for a persistent cough. We were seen quickly and were able to get x-rays and a diagnosis quickly(pneumonia). Very impressed with the professional experience and cleanliness of the facility. We came from 50min away, and will chose here 1st next time we need an urgent care.
