If I could give this business zero stars, I absolutely would. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. I paid $350 expecting proper service and lab resultsu2014I received neither. Crystal, the nurse, repeatedly lied about calling and leaving voicemails, then contradicted herself by saying she doesnu2019t leave voicemails due to u201cpersonal information.u201d Make it make sense.nnShe hung up on me twiceu2014and when I asked for a refund for services that were NEVER rendered, she got defensive instead of accountable.nnThis is unacceptable. Iu2019m urging your office to contact me immediately to resolve this matter. If not, I will be moving forward with my attorney and filing complaints with the Georgia Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. You will not continue taking advantage of people in this community without being held accountable.

Dr. Erica and her office are phenomenal. I had to come last year for an emergency while pregnant and they took very good care of me. I just left Getting my child sports physical and the facility is still awesome and clean. Keep up the good work!

I had to give a star in order to give my review. I have high bp and Iu2019m a diabetic,nI also suffer from migraine headaches..nnFrom the front desk to the phlebotomist is where I will start. Very rude and disrespectful. When coming to any Doctor the staff plays a major part in your journey.nnThe attitude and rudeness is unacceptable. Iu2019ve started recording from the sign in process to the lab work and nurse sessions. Please donu2019t come here nor allow your family members. Todayu2019s my last day coming here. When I seen how poorly the front desk girl appearance was I shouldu2019ve known then that I couldnu2019t take this office seriously.

Iu2019ve been waiting on the nurse or Doctor to call be back since yesterday! My Bp has been dropping very low and Iu2019m very weak! Iu2019ve told them for two days this is urgent and to please let the Dr or nurse know! The new meds that they have me on may be too much.. I never get a response from the office until I make a review! This is unbelievable. I havenu2019t been able to go to work in two days because Iu2019m extremely low on energy. If I go to the ER they always get me stable and refer me to my Dr. itu2019s serious and dangerous for my Bp to be up and down like this!!!
