We visited family and unfortunately had a small accident that required stitches. Thankfully, the facility was pretty much empty, clean, and had a comfortable waiting area with tidy bathrooms. We were in and out within an hour and thirty minutes.nnHowever, the lady at the front desk was a bit rude and seemed more focused on paperwork than on my child, who had an open wound on his chin. For that reason, I would rate the front desk staff 1 out of 5. There was no smile, no greetingu2014nothing.nnOn the other hand, I give five stars to the nurse and the doctor on call. They were incredibly understanding and compassionate, explaining everything that would happen. They set expectations for my child so we were prepared and were comforting and reassuring during a time when we were nervous. I truly appreciate their care, especially since this was our first experience with stitches. The stitches look amazing, and they also informed us about the aftercare. I would seriously recommend them 100%.

Definitely recommend going to SouthStar Urgent Care. Mrs. Ashley Robicheaux (NP) is always so very sweet, takes really good care of you, asks && answers any questions you may have. The staff was great. The clerk said hello with a warm smile. I was in the lobby for a short time. The nurse asked how I was feeling. She seem concern about my issue. The nurse practitioner introduced herself. She slobbed my nose. She came back quickly with the results.
