Hi would just like to say how wonderful the staff and service at this particular location is . I called 2 other urgent cares in which my sonu2019s insurance wasnu2019t taken there . Called this location and immediately a kind young woman Brittney answered and patiently answered all the questions and concerns and wasnu2019t rushing to get off the phone like the other two locations I called previously. Would also like to say Alicia was awesome as well she took time too help my son and was very caring she had wonderful bedside manners. The nurse Tamika came in my sons room and accessed him and was very gentle and polite I would tell my friends and family about this place if they are ever in need of urgent care please donu2019t hesitate and use AdventHealth Centra Care Lake Mary . Thanks so much for the awesome service!!!

I wish I can give 100 stars. I went to the Sanford location and it was a less than desirable experience. However, this time around I decided to go to the lake Mary location and wow let me tell you the front desk girl went above and beyond to help me get the proper documentation I needed for school and once I got back the Nurse that assisted me was sweet and knowledgeable then came the APRNu2019s there was 2 of them and they were absolutely amazing ! I actually had a great time this visit. The whole staff was so bubbly and fun ! Thanks again for all your help. See you tomorrow to get my TB test checked out.

Iu2019ve been sick for over a week and started to feel defeated, finally decided to come in to get checked out. Tamika was an absolute angel. Her compassion and professionalism were so appreciated. I genuinely felt like I was in excellent hands. She is the epitome of what a healthcare worker should be. She combines clinical excellence with empathy and kindness, and that makes all the difference. Iu2019m so grateful I was seen by her.

The office and facility was super clean. The wait was very short and check in was fairly easy. The nurse who saw us was very nice and the doctor took her time. The in between (waiting in the medical exam rooms) while they transition between this and that seemed to take a bit long, especially when you have a screaming sick toddler. Overall one of the best emergency rooms for children.
