I was able to schedule my appointment online and I actually was taken back early. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only thing that could be improved is the wait time for the check out paperwork. The receptionist didn't tell 2 of us that it was ready; this was after she told us to wait for it and she would call us up when it was ready. After approximately 30 minutes later, the other man asked and his was ready. I asked and mine was ready, too. Otherwise, they are wonderful! I would definitely recommend them!

Yes, Eric was wonderful but is no longer there. A woman is there now, Terra Cave, and she's also very good. My review is about billing.. so beware! I went during a very busy time in this tourist town so I knew to book a visit online, which I did. Even so, I had to wait just over an hour to be called in for my vitals to be taken, at which point the nurse told me I had 3 people ahead of me and to go back to the waiting room. I waited another 15 mins and had to leave for another appointment. They billed Medicare 100% for this visit ($300+) to which of course Medicare didn't pay because I never saw the NP. Then they billed me what Medicare would've approved ($74+). I called the main office and was told I'd hear back from them. A couple months later, I just rec'd a bill for $74.28. I am SO disgusted with this place that I've been going to, as a local here & there, for several years and NEVER had a billing issue. I miss Eric & his knowing of what's right & what isn't. I strongly advise to go down the road further (about 3 miles south) to the Sedona Emergency facility. I find the employees nicer as well.

I've never had such caring, kind and attentive staff at any UC or ER in my life. Thank you so much to the attending PA Eric anf his amazing staff! We were out of town and my son had a very high fever. They were efficient and quick all while being thorough and empathetic. Great job!

Pleasant staff, no waiting. PA Terah was attentive, gave advice, and dealt with my problem effectively.nnFollow-up: Four days later, a call from PA Leah informing me, after asking how my recovery was progressing, that my lab results were in. She said that they indicated that a different prescription would be more effective.nnI appreciate the attention that the staff at NextCare paid to my problem, and have no hesitation in recommending that clinic for those with problems that do not require urgent intervention in a hospital setting.

It was a Monday & Next Care UC was moderately + busy. It was only me & one other guy but others showed up after us. Regard less, every staff member I dealt w/ starting w/ the front receptionist, to the triage nurse, to the NP on duty! The triage nurse & NP Mount were very caring & compassionate and I immediately felt like I was in good hands for some good ol' fashion health care! Especially since I was only there for a matter my own doctor's office dropped the ball prior to leaving on vacation & was desperate for help!nI highly reccomend this STAFF and Urgent Care! It was so refreshing to receive such good ol' fashion health care! Keep up the great work! ud83dude42
