you have the rudest people in your office . I spoke to Susie and she did not great me and the way she spoke was unprofessional. Please retrain her or get a new ,manager that know how to pick staff for her office

If I can give a -0 for professional attitude and rudeness I would.nnI had an appointment that they had squeeze me in and I was told to be there at 8:15 . When I got there I was told I was late and the appointment was at 8:00 . I explained that was the time given . They continued focusing on the appointment time they had and not heard what I said . I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor was as rude . Stephanie supervisor when explained the situation instead of defusing it . She said oh idk who told you 8:15 but it was at 8 am and you canu2019t be seen.nnI called the operator to speak to a manager who I was told is not in and to leave a message. It was extremely essential for me to have this appointment today. Iu2019m definitely changing doctors Today. I canu2019t believe been in the grace period time range I was not accommodated . This office is unprofessional and extremely rude . Iu2019m glad I found this out as a new patient and not down the line. Horrible servicennItu2019s extremely disappointing since I work for providence

Horrible scheduling policies. Called on a Thursday afternoon to get a Friday afternoon appt. Was told there were three appts available that worked with my schedule and was not allowed to book one because they were same day only, and was told to call back at 8 am the next day. Called at 8 am Friday, was on hold, and all afternoon appts were now taken. Going into the weekend must now take my child to urgent care instead of seeing their own doctor. Very frustrating for a working parent.

Great, fast, and efficient urgent care.nI got there @8:45 am and was out by 10:00 am.nAll staff from front desk,Nurse, and Dr were all super nice and very efficient. I highly raccomando this place in the event you do need to go to urgent care.
