Friendly staff, clean, inviting. Have visited twice; once with father, once for myself. Was very happy it is nearby, decent parking, food places nearby if youu2019re waiting for a loved one. Purve is a good pick-me-up if you need it. My urgent care of choice

Not sure why the negative reviews, I've been here a few times now and have not had much of a wait. The reception, nurses and PAs have all been lovely and explain everything before you leave. Great option for those with any orthopaedic issues.

Second time in this lab and again awful. Could not normally take a blood test and I have good veins... in my 40+ years of getting my blood drawn, it was the worst experience... Terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't have the patience anymore for this uneducated people. Please, teach your employees on how to perform blood draws before letting them hurt people.

On 11/2/24 took my 94 year old mom to Straub Urgent Care Kahala. They were courteous, efficient and provided excellent care. Dr Natanauan and nurse Heaven (appropriately named) saw her within 15 minutes. They thought carefully about her treatment given her condition and age. Having been to other Urgent Cares, not having a long wait or broken machines and receiving expert medical care I highly recommend this one. Mahalo!

Update Nov 2024: I stand by my previous review. ALWAYS behind the schedule.nnSlow, slower and slowest. Starting from the phone greeting - the recording is extremely slow. By the time you get to the part where it tells you what to press, you forget what you called for in the first place. Always long wait even with an appointment. The doctor didnu2019t even acknowledge that was 1 hour behind the schedule. The lab also has a long wait - they only have one technician. Between this location and Straub at Kingu2019s street not sure which is the worst
