This place is the worst. If you can go ANYWHERE else, go there. The rooms are gross, the doctors are rude and some incompetent, they change hours willy-nilly, and donu2019t even think about coming after 7:30. Because theyu2019ll straight turn you away. The wait times are abysmal. Iu2019m here right now and thereu2019s one other patient, and Iu2019ve been here 2 hours.nnThe only decent person here is the nurse, Ron. Outside that, this is the worst convenience care Iu2019ve ever been to, bar none. The only reason they can get away with this is theyu2019re the literal only option for acute care within 45 minutes. My experiences here are consistently bad. But if you need a prescription and this is your only option, I guess they can sometimes do that.nnAlso, the front desk attendant is right in front of the line of chairs.. so I hope you arenu2019t shy about everyone knowing what youu2019re being seen for.nnOne of the PAu2019s told me this is owned by a group of doctors. Shame on them. This is despicable.nnThe bag of used ear things is hanging on the wall with used q-tips.nnSo if you wanted to get treated like garbage and talked down to after waiting an hour and a half only to be sent away with little or no care given, this is the place.

Excellent urgent care. I will sometimes drive all the way from Spokane to get better service at this urgent care. I've been there 5 times over the last year for either myself or my grandkids and have always had a great experience. They are quick, listen well, very patient, and knowledgeable. It's the only place I've found where the information the doctors give me, actually matches my online research from reputable sources. I recently got the runaround from other urgent cares and after dealing with a respiratory infection for a month, it's finally gone after seeing the doctor at this urgent care. Thank you so much.

This was the worse experience for anyone in a stressful situation- I arrived 7:45- I know they close at 8, but was from out of town and desperate. The front desk and provider both came out and told me to drive back to Spokane. When questioned why they would not even look at my son, they said they were too busy and it would be after 8 before they could get to him. I asked how they could be busy as We were the only ones there. Was told they had people in the back and they would be there late with them. I asked how that could be as there was no one in the parking lot and the lights in the back were off. The provider said to drive back into Spokane and take him to the ER. Then he turned and walked out. I said to the front desk person- u201cyou have no one back there being treated, and you are still open-u201c She seemed embarrassed, and said u201cwell, our provider was done at 7.u201d I questioned u201cBut on your door it says 8.u201d She replied u201cIt is the provider, I am sorry but my hands are tied.u201dnNot good. Not good at all. You deserve all these negative reviews.

I am pregnant with my first, and experienced a bout of non stop vomiting for 36hours straight. They got me in quickly and were absolutely wonderful the whole day through as they worked to find me relief. Especially Svetlana (?), the wonderful woman who was working the front desk, felt like an angel when I needed one the most!

I wouldn't go here, they will tell you your fine no matter what. I was hopping around on my one foot because my other one was fractured, which I had to go to another doctor to find out, they told me I was fine and can go back to work. I could clearly not walk on my foot to work. They just want you to get out of there as fast as possible they don't care about finding the source of your pain. The front desk is nice though. I have multiple stories like this with this urgent care. They tell me nothing is wrong I go to a real doctor and they tell me something is very much wrong.
