My mother-in-law fell and suffered a minor laceration while she was in town to visit us. Our neighbor recommended this facility, which was staffed by a residency trained emergency physician. Her laceration was repaired quickly, and we were treated with courtesy and confidence. I would gladly return. The doctor was great, and Jennifer, the receptionist, was fantastic with our questions and directions.

I went in with bronchitis and it took awhile because they were real busy. They put me in a room that was freezing and when the Dr came in she put me in a room that was a lot warmer while I waited to be treated. Very caring and helpful. Then I went in with a friend that needed stitches and the Dr. did a wonderful job. Looked great and came out great.

You can still expect a wait but shorter than emergency and less expensive. Facility seemed well run and orderly though some of the equipment seemed a bit old. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Service time in and out the door was 2 hrs and 45 mnts. Bring a book!!!

I don't know what people are complaining about?! I have been going here for years and the staff are great, the doctors are supurb, and the facility was clean. Waiting can be a bit long but thats typical for urgent cares and ER's.

I lascerated my thumb at work on a saturday and went to urgent care associates. I have little related experience visiting such facilities but the staff on hand was remarkable. Thank you dr. Sokol, jay and marcus for making my experience a pleasant one.
