Here's my experience: I went into Urgent Care on Good Friday. I had a hernia removed the day before. I had only been given 28 hours of pain meds. When they wore off, I knew I couldn't tolerate the level of pain I was in. I just felt ridiculously bad. My surgeon's office was closed. So, I explain to them my situation. I am told they do not prescribe those kinds of meds. Period. Ok.....so.........Now what?? Nothing. Pretty much just shooed out the door like I was some pill-head begging for pills just for the fun of it.nSo, I went next door to ER. They immediately started performing tests on me. Found my hemoglobin to be at DANGEROUSLY low levels (in the 4s). I was transported by ambulance to Munson in TC. Admitted. Just released on Monday.nnThe moral of my long tale? I'd skip Urgent Care next time, and go right to ER. They at least take you seriously, and get to the root of the problem.

I went in with back pain that felt like a kidney infection. The urgent care told me I did not have a kidney infection, but I was in fact diabetic, and that could be causing my pain. I've had issues with kidney infections my whole life, so I know what it feels like. I went to the ER later that evening when my pain increased. The ER confirmed a kidney infection, and said they do not believe I am diabetic. Go here if you want to waste time, money, and get yourself a misdiagnosis.

My husband was seen at this urgent care after cutting a finger when we were on our way north from a Chicago suburb. Shout out to Makenzie and Melissa for the fast and amazing care getting his finger stitched up. And if you are reading this, because of you 2, we made it on time to be a part of our son and future DILu2019s engagement!!

I was I'm yesterday to get me and my daughter seen. Needless to say I'm not very happy. I ended up making her an appointment with her pediatricians office before I even left the parking lot because all they told me was hers was viral. Come to find out it's way more then that, a double earl infection in both ears to the point where her ear drum were about to rupture and bronchitis. How ignorant can people be. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would give a 0 star rating

When you watch the nurse glove up but never wash her hands .so far two have dealt with my son and not once did they wash their hands
