NEVER GO HERE. They will kill you. Please go anywhere else.nAlso, if you complain do NOT talk to the patient advocate. D as I will refer to her, actually advocates for the hospital and doctors. I left because I was in 10/10 lower left back pain, possibly kidney. I was given 2 Tylenol and a muscle relaxer, and was ordered something I'm allergic too. Nothing was done no tests. She wrote saying I was offered Tordal. Had it in the past and has helped. I was NEVER given that option. The doctor put it in his notes after I left. She also stated I was offered a test. Yes, from over a month ago ,and it was of my head and neck. NOTHING TO DO WITH WHY I WAS IN THE ER. Check your mychart notes to see what the Dr's say, because it's NOT going to match what you went through. If D would of done her Patient Advocate job, she would of seen all of this. Patient beware, they not only gaslight you, but will completely lie to save themselves.

The people working here are some the most awful people I've encountered in my life. When I scheduled a mental health appointment, the woman on the phone was completely rude. When I was driving to my appointment, someone called me from the office saying that since I didn't have my medical records transferred over, I couldn't see the psychiatrist. Nobody told me I needed to do this. I showed up anyways and as I was started to check in, a security guard told me I had to leave. As I was leaving, I broke down (I am not mentally well and was seeking treatment from this place) because the security guard started harassing me. This guy started bragging about being ex-law enforcement and how I shouldn't act like that and then had someone call the cops on me. Luckily, the cops were competent and treated me like a human being unlike the people at this clinic. The cops even admitted that this clinic is very incompetent, and they have a lot of issues dealing with unhappy patients. Stay away from this place if you can.

I have been going to this clinic for quite few years now, and I have also been with friends or family members who have gone into emergency care; and I and they have almost always received top notch care with their educated and caring personnel. Occasionally I have seen a doctor that has misdiagnosed me, which has led me to see a different doctor or go to another clinic for a 2nd opinion; but that hasn't been a big problem, except for once when they misdiagnosed an ear infection I had as an antibacterial infection when it turned out to be a fungal infection. The doctor did not run a culture on the ear infection because they just assumed it wasn't a fungal infection. This led to much misery and future appointments at a different clinic with a specialist, and the potential of permanent hearing loss. Now I know if I ever get an ear infection again to request they run a culture lab on it, and I suggest anyone who gets an ear infection to request that they run a culture lab on it, regardless of what the doctor might think.nHowever, I know that people make mistakes, and I will continue to go to St Croix Health for my medical needs as they do an excellent job most of the time.

The last surgery I had was very disappointing. It seemed like it was too early in the morning for all the staff to perform with any quality. The surgeon came in to talk, and he was a complete jerk really set a bad tone for that entire procedure Iu2019m very disappointed and Iu2019m going to leave Saint Croix health and go to Fairview

Our son had a football collision on Tuesday 8/27 and was brought to SCRMC via ambulance to the ER. . .from the EMS folks straight through to the scheduling of a follow up appointment every staff member was on point. Everyone working room 4 was amazing during the noon hour and was so helpful to our teen. Dr. Binder. . .excellent at explaining things to us. Amy I believe was another name listed and there was also a trainee. Everyone seemed to understand our stress--but helped in keeping it calm. We have Dr. with St Croix since moving to the area over 20 years ago. Both our children were born there. We continue to have amazing service and staff every time we need assistance. Thank you!!!!!
