Dr. Hamson is one of the most thorough and knowledgeable doctors Iu2019ve had. He took the time to review my charts carefully and asked insightful questions to ensure I was getting the best possible care. His approach made me feel like he truly cared about understanding my health, rather than just rushing through the appointment. Iu2019ve been to many doctors, and he stands out for his intelligence and attention to detail. His staff was also incredibly kind and professional, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! The check-in clerks were polite and knowledgeable, the nursing staff ask just the right questions and I can't say too much about Dr. Craigan!. She is very knowledgeable, she goes over my chart completely. Does not rush, is very complete. I love her!!!!!

It was my first visit, and very satisfying.nDr. Hamson was very kind, and expressed an interest in my medical history. He scheduled an appointment for a month from now (post records review), which I look very forward to keeping.

Very pleasant check in staff, MA was very nice and professional. Dr was in quickly. My visit was a Medicare yearly visit. I had no issues so the outcome was good.

Check-in process was painfully long and repetitive. I came in two weeks earlier to proactively fillout new patient paperwork, scan insurance cards and my ID before my appointment.nI was called and told I didn't fill out one of the forms correctly (even though the receptionist reviewed them while I was there) and need to come back. It's an hour drive to the clinic so I had to reschedule my original appointment until I had the form filled out.nWhen I checked in they asked for my insurance cards and ID to be scanned into the system, so evidently the proactive visit was a complete waste of time.nTo add insult to injury, the doctor was late to a 9AM appointment (if he's late that early in the day, I'm glad I didn't have a 4PM appointment) and seemed distracted, ill prepared, or both. Then I found out I had to drive to the hospital in order to have blood drawn for my annual lab work.
