If I could give zero stars I would. They have been submitting my visits to the wrong insurance I made sure to call and give over the phone and in person. This created a bill I had no knowledge of and also have had issues with usps forwarding mail to my current address. I have had also several issues with my prescriptions and the communication between staff and nurses of what medications Iu2019m taking etc. The office manager was also horribly rude to me a day I came in violently vomiting hadnu2019t kept anything down in days because of miscommunication and sending my visits to the wrong insurance. Because of all of this it has put another severe stress on me when I have high blood pressure and will need open heart surgery again in 2025. In 2023 I was hospitalized with heart attack symptoms calling this office first before just heading to the er where they were nonchalant about my care and feel this was negatively affecting my health. And could have been caught prior. Now I am in search of a new primary care physician which adds as another stress to my life.

I see Miranda Leslie and I have been so happy with the entire office as well. I had not found a primary physician since I had moved to Lincoln, and I am happy to have found Hart & Arndt. They are professional, kind, and welcoming!

I see Erin here and adore her and her main nurse, Sandra. I have a few different metabolic disorders and Erin was the first physician that I felt genuinely tried to find new ways to treat me and help me to get healthier. She is so kind and informative. I never feel unwelcome or rushed here.

My husband was injured at work and went in to be seen when the cut was still bleeding the following morning, he is a 2nd shift employee. He saw Erin and she determined that he needed stitches. 2 stitches were placed, even with numbing it was very painful for my husband and Erin was shaking and made a comment about u201chaving too much coffeeu201d. If she wasnu2019t able to do the stitches properly she shouldnu2019t have been doing them. He got put on an antibiotic and left. 2 days later the cut is still open and oozing. Stitches had to be removed by another doctor and now it has been too long and he canu2019t have any stitches, so he will have a really nasty scar when it finally heals. The basic standard of care was not even close to being met, we will be switching practices after this situation.
