Save yourself some money and find a better place. I have pressure from chest congestion after a weekend of feeling so bad from a deep cough. Was basically told it was anxiety and got pushed out the door after gettin the chest xray I asked for. (Didnu2019t even go over the xray or directions on how to suppress my horrible cough) Was handed discharge papers and told u201cshe prescribed you two medicines to your pharmacy, have a nice day!u201d Hmmm.nnI donu2019t usually do these reviews but I also went here in 2021 and felt very dismissed as well then. I really treat the public well as I work with patients too and I know how challenging it can be. Plus they were working a busy sick season on a Sunday. But itu2019s so discouraging to get such negative treatment.

Wasn't greeted at entrance, wasn't told goodbye when i left (there was no other cars in the parking lot so they were not busy). Had to fill out info online when making the appointment, then has to fill it out again in paper when going inside, same information, and also after them having made a copy of my drivers license and Insurance card with the same information on it. Then the STILL spelled my name wrong when they set up a my chart, it was only on the online registration, the paper work, my ID and my insurance) The PA greeted me by saying she didn't understand why I was there, after having told the nurse everything (did you not read the chart info?) After being told i had a virus and to be on my merry way I had to ask several questions about what I could do to help the sore throat so bad I had not slept in two days. No desire to be compassionate at all.

This is our go-to walk-in clinic if our family needs after hours care. They have a wonderful front desk - very quick and efficient. Our nurse on this last visit, Carol, was an absolute gem! She is kind, empathetic and caring. The doctor was good at listening, no nonsense and efficient. Would definitely recommend.

Iu2019m disgusted how most of the healthcare workers today only care for the compensation. They donu2019t care about helping those in need. The staff here werenu2019t nice. They didnu2019t even give my daughter 30 minutes before trying to send her somewhere else. They tried to send me to Norton for her allergic reaction but didnu2019t even address her symptoms that she already had. They didnu2019t even greet us upon walking in or when the doctor came to our room. The most unfriendliness staff ever. The nurse was somewhat okay. You could tell they didnu2019t want to really help. The doctor right along with the other staff were disappointing. I do not recommend. Highly recommend to try some things at home before a doctor. You can help yourself better.

**just want to update this as I have gone yet again to an urgent care for persistent conditions: I have mono. Not allergies. Do not go to this location. Waste of money. Go to Norton Urgent Care thatu2019s off Westport. They provide much better health care service and actual engage and listen to their patients. Wish I had the name of the incompetent provider so I could call them out. This location is a joke**nnJust left after seeing who I believe to be a very incompetent provider. Itu2019s obvious that I have some kind of infection in my throat. I have had no signs and symptoms of congestion related to allergies yet my paper claims I have u201ccongestion of upper respiratory tractu201d. I literally have white puss pockets on both of my tonsils that I CAN SEE. Yet I was advised to stop taking antibiotics and take a daily OTC allergy pill along with a steroid pillu2026 she didnu2019t even make sure she was level with me when she checked my throat in her visual exam, so I assume she couldnu2019t see properly as she was several inches beneath me. I also am having severe neck pain and I asked if that was normal and she literally drew a blank trying to think of the word lymph nodesu2026 she also didnu2019t even exam my neck physically. Iu2019ve worked in health care for 15 years. 10 years at a graduate level of profession, and am embarrassed on behalf of her for her lack of knowledge. She never introduced herself so I literally could have been seen by a janitor for all I know. I am also an employee of Baptist Health and I know this is not a level of care they would be proud of. I really hope nothing is wrong with my neck and I will be seeing another facility and I will never return to this center ever again.nnFront desk staff and nursing were so kind and they did get me in quick, so 5 stars for that, but Iu2019m shocked at the providers interaction with me.
