I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and quality of the care I received as a walk-in. The gentleman at the reception desk was professional and responsive. The nurse who saw me first was friendly and attentive, checking my vitals twice to be sure of accuracy. I felt totally miserable with the first sinus infection I have had in four years, yet I felt comfortable and cared for with each interaction. I was especially impressed with the PA who examined me. She answered my questions clearly and was quite sympathetic. She made me feel as if I were her most important patient. I can highly recommend the urgent Care!

My primary care doctor is fine. The main issue I have with this place is that they outsource all their calls to a call center in India that doesnu2019t give half a shit about the patients and can barely speak English and will frequently lie about scheduling (will say a date is unavailable when it actually is available), and if/when I need to get an urgent message over to an actual staff member or my own doctor, I have to get in my car and physically take myself to the office because there is no other way to reach them. That should tell you all you need to know about this place and the whole western medical system. It ainu2019t about giving you care or even decent customer service. They are clinical, sterile, only care about taking your money, and the doctors are just the usual jaded American doctor overbooked, overworked, and overpaid.nnUpdate:nnJust spoke with the supervisor Sonya. She was patronizing and condescending as she assumed the issue I was having was because I wanted my rx earlier than the fill date. That wasnu2019t even the problem at hand and she came into the convo and was dismissive of my concerns to the point where I had to make her check my last RX fill date to prove to her I wasnu2019t a junkie trying to cheat the system. I was just a patient who was pissed off having multiple hours of my day wasted because my last appointment was cancelled last minute without a valid reason. Sonya apologized once she realized she was wrongu2026..but she doesnu2019t carry an ounce of sincerity, just fake corporate talk you can tell sheu2019s rehearsed and she recites like a robot. Screw these people

I had an amazing experience with Dekonti. She didnu2019t rush me and listened to me explain my symptoms. She was not only knowledgable but so kind and patient. I instantly felt comfortable with her.nnI almost walked out because of the girl who did my intake was rude and condescending. I stayed because I was in so much pain but she made me cry out of frustration and embarrassment. Iu2019m glad I didnu2019t leave because Dekonti was worth it.

Dr.Person is amazing!!!! well amazing is really an understatement. She actually listens to whatu2019s wrong with me and treats me correctly every time. I can even reach her on the portal and she gets back to me in a reasonable time.
