My experience with Dr. Kissinger in the ED was by far one of the worst experiences Iu2019ve had with a dr. His rude demeanor and lack of empathy for patients makes you question why heu2019s in this field. My nurse Caitlin was very nice though, she answered my questions and put in extra effort. Maybe the DR should be watching her on how one should interact with patients.

6 years ago I had a MRI by George H. I will never forget that day because I had my first panic attack during a MRI. I have had them ever since during MRI's. He refused to take me out even though I told him I was having a panic attack. Completely heartless. Fast forward to this year. I would of Never agreed to having a MRI at this location knowing he still held this position. They had the first open spot. Huh I can't imagine why. He lectured & argued with me. Acting as if this was my first MRI. Then tried to smooth it over with offering choices of music. All I cared about at that point was getting away from him. He is far too rude to have a job where he has to interact with people. People who could possibly already have anxiety about there situation. I waited to write this review thinking maybe it was just me. But it definitely isn't because I've interacted with others who have had negative experiences with him as well.

Worst hospital! They nurses are so rude. Not all but quite a few. A person shouldn't end up back in the ER within 3 days and they do nothing! No test. No blood work. Nothing. It's such a waste to spend the money on a new hospital. If you ever think about going here I would highly recommend you getting out of anything Reid related. It's all about the money with them not about actually helping patients.

I had a visit with my Oncologist yesterday and she ordered a bloodwork for me to have done, she clearly stated that if I want to get it done in Connersville I had to have it done before 10 AM u2026 and it is clearly noted on her ordersu2026 I go to have it done this morning and was called back to a room to be told by the Phlebotomist that I had to go to Richmond to have it doneu2026 I informed her that I was told by my Doctor that I could have it done hereu2026 but the technician was not having it she said that it had to be at the lab within 3 hoursu2026 duh u2026 thatu2019s why I had to have it done by 10 so it would be picked up like they do every day and taken to the lab u2026 totally unacceptable

My mother came in this morning in a very grave state. Dr.Meyers and his staff in ther ER they ALL were impeccable. I can not praise them enough for the clock work coordination they shown during a very critical time that was nothing short of AMAZING CARE for her. She left with the critical care team as it was a very touch and go that required help from a more individualized and specialized hospital. But these people are just amazing ....no matter my mother's outcome I know they did everything humanly possible to stabilize her and Dr.Meyers is so knowledgeable and compassionate! Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart!
