I was so pleased with the service. I was greeted right away and the wait was minimal, considering there was 4 people ahead of me. The staff was professional and thorough. The PA was excellent, she did a great job suturing the cut. They even called the next day to check on me. I would highly recommend them.

This was my second time today in urgent care. The first place did not take care of me but here, they absolutely did. They were absolutely fantastic! They took me back. They did everything they needed to do. They were very caring and compassionate. I have no reason to go to any other urgent care after today. They also gave me some great recommendations as well for different doctors in the area. I cannot say enough and thank them enough for helping me get through things. Also, the lab team is really fantastic upstairs! I was about to be a really hard stick and these women did everything to make sure that they got that needle in with no issues! I think anybody that needs to be seen needs to.

Do not go here, save your time & sanity. This place moves as slow as molasses & the doctors/nurses donu2019t truly care about their patients. Waited 3+ hours for u201cUrgent Care.u201d One of the male nurses, bigger guy with beard goes out for a cigarette, while the lobby is jam packed full. Walks right past other patients instead of going out a side door. You can hear other doctors and nurses laughing and gossiping as youu2019re just waiting patiently, in pain, for the doctor to come in. u201cThought we were getting killed, North Smithfield is getting killed,u201d meaning theyu2019re dealing with a lot of patients at both facilities (North Smithfield is their sister facility). u201c I wanna go home! Me too!u201d Really inappropriate as health care professionals. Trust, there are far better places to go for quick & helpful care, this place is not one of them. Avoid.

Drive past your closest urgent care, and go to this one instead. I went to this walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. There were a few people already waiting, and it took about an hour for me to be called in. Colin took my vitals and, I believe the doctor's first name was John. His last name is escaping me, but they were both awesome. They were understanding of my anxiety with doctors and hospitals and did all they could to ease my mind. Considering my medical history, they chose to be proactive and scheduled a few other tests. I received a follow-up call from Alex two days later to see how I was feeling. She was also able to put me on hold to have a provider give my test results over the phone. Everyone at this walk-in clinic is so kind and accommodating. They genuinely seem to care for your well being. I hope I never have an emergency again, but if I do, I'm so relieved to know I have this option less than 15 minutes from my house.

I wouldnu2019t go here with a runny nose and I suggest you donu2019t either! I went for a swollen foot and pain. They ordered x rays and it took more than 2 weeks to get results. I actually was not called - they reported they would call once the results were ready and nothing! I only received results because I consistently called to get an answer. Horrible patient care and communication. Donu2019t waste your time!
