The care I received at the hands of nurse Kutz was demeaning and degrading. Never in my life have I been seen by someone so incompetent and cold hearted. She did not review my file and did not recommend legitimate diagnostics. No further steps beyond attempting to peddle a marijuana card. I was seeking care and left hopeless and considering ending it myself right there in the parking lot.To this day I am in constant, agonizing pain. I have zero hope in this healthcare system. Look elsewhere for help, this is not the place.

Disgusted waiting two days for Dr to call me back. See me in three months is doing what for my pain.. I'm about to lose my job because I can't get myself out of bed in the am because I'm in so much pain if I can't function like a normal adult why bother thanks for listening cancel everything else I obviously don't need it right iborey you never have to know what real pain is.

Worst place to go for pain management. Dr. Knipe very good doctor who cares about his patients. But Stacey Bennett, CRNP, stay way from this doctor she doesnu2019t know what she is doing, I was scheduled for a procedure and she couldnu2019t answer none of my concerns. All she keep saying was that Dr. Knipe is the one who does the procedures. So she couldnu2019t answer none of my concerns and then I ask here what my options are and she says the procedure or physical therapy. Iu2019ve been have this pain for a while. She tryu2019s to force you in to the procedure I think they get kick back for the procedures or something. So I said change my medication and she starts coming up with all types of excuses. Stay away from this place unless you stay seeing only Dr. Knipe. Iu2019ve been going here for months. Customer service is the worst in the world Iu2019ve been trying to get my medication changed for 2 days now and still no luck just run arounds.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Dr. Ajitpal Grewal has the bedside manner of a gnat and should never be a doctor, specially in pain management. Unfeeling, uncaring, stoic with no emotion and could literally care less that I cannot walk because of the pain I am in. He likes to record your SHORT interaction with him so here is what he said, and I quote u201cI am not going to do anything for you because what you have already is sufficient and I dont write prescriptions for opioids because I dont believe they do anything.u201d I left there and cried for two days. DO NOT see this man. I am considering switching from wellspan system, changes that have been made recently obviously dont keep the patient at all in mind. Just whether you will sue them for something or not. Sad, Wellspan used to be wonderful, not anymore.
