Since Doctor Philip Bobo is not in the Clinic anymore all those new Doctors are a mess. I went there 3 different times and I never got better. I have to pay for each consultation and I spent on medication for nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ANYMORE!

The front staff was very nice. The wait was a little longer but there was a lot of people there. Nurse was super nice and the NP was good too. The other reviews stating that the wait was long is understandable but if there are 20 people waiting what can you expect. Overall good experience and I will be back. I would recommend anyone there.

Got here around 2pm and left at 7pm. Went in because I was sick and wasnu2019t even tested for strep, covid, or the flu. I know I donu2019t have the flu, but not testing for covid or strep was a shocker. Waited there for so long, probably got all of them in the waiting room alone. Couldu2019ve driven to BHAM hospital and back and that still wouldnu2019t have taken 5 hours. Used to love this place, but I donu2019t know whatu2019s changed. I understand being patient, but that wore off at hour 4. Donu2019t come here if youu2019re looking for speed. It doesnu2019t matter if there are 20 people waiting or 2, theyu2019ll always take an insane amount of time.

I have been a few times within the last few months and they have been great every time about getting me in and out. The doctors and nurse practitioners have been really great, would recommend every one iu2019ve seen!
