I came in for a migraine, been suffering for a day and a half when I came in, couldnu2019t. Get in with my gp, there was a walk in appointment two hours later, which Iu2019d sit through if it meant treatment. Apparently they canu2019t write scripts there? What the heck even is an urgent care for? I genuinely donu2019t understand. If something doesnu2019t have me in debilitating pain I donu2019t consider it an emergency and am not rich so I canu2019t just go to the ER Willy nilly.nnThis was a real disappointment, Iu2019m adding a star for the nice nurse who valued my time and cared enough to ask doctors if they could treat me before I sat there for hours. I also appreciate that when I muttered how broken the medical system is, she had the decency to acknowledge it and agreed. She genuinely seemed to care.nnI just donu2019t understand why urgent care is a thing. I wish there was a list of things they can treat so I know what I should be able to come in for and what they canu2019t do.

Very disappointed in doctor Catherine Locke. I went in with a textbook migraine with aura and she said she didnu2019t know what to give me so she gave me muscle relaxers. Really ? She could have helped me so much more with a migraine cocktail shot. Extremely disappointed.

Whatever happened to Catholic charity, love, and patience? I thought this was a Catholic sponsored health system. The receptionist who greeted us was clearly unhappy that my wife tried to get x-rays for workman comp. Her rudeness was so unsettling. My wife had an appointment, but refused to stay because if thatu2019s what the front is like, we can only imagine the back of the house attitude. When we told the receptionist we were leaving without being seen, she was happy to see us leave and didnu2019t even ask why we were leaving. I wish I could give negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This is the second time I have been a patient at this urgent care and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! I was immediately greeted and taken care of by the very friendly and courteous front desk staff. Every question I had was addressed. Dr. Locke was awesome!

Very prompt very astute! Hated the results, but sheu2019s able to get me to ophthalmologist ASAP!! And prescribed something that I really needed to be on. Shingles on the face around the eye, which could have lead to blindness in my right eye! I had no idea it could be so devastating!! But she did.
