I just got a bill from here and it says itu2019s overdue, I have never received the original bill. I also called 3 times to discuss the bill or get an itemized statement, but I canu2019t get a live person and the automated system hangs up on me after I input my information. I donu2019t know where the bill is from or anything about what this bill is for. I canu2019t get a hold of anyone so, I am not paying it. I think it is a scam anyway, what office would disconnect before taking your money?

Scammers, received a bill, In have never have been there, I don't live near hear. called the 919... it is a busy signal don't fall for it.

Billing is awful. Takes forever to apply payment to account if you are paying by check. Requests bills be paid before a statement is received. This group could be the deciding factor for me about changing doctors.

If I could give zero stars I would. Website to pay bills is impossible to use, so had to make a pymt over phone. And the bill I recvd they said was overdue (1st bill I've recvd) was dated from Apr 2021 affiliated with a doctor I no longer go to, since I moved 100 miles away in Mar 21. I have spoken with the dr several times since then, including verifying I was changing to inactive. And you guessed it, you can't even discuss your bill with that dr office because... you guessed it, they refer everything to this group.

AWFUL payment portal! Have had to use multiple times and it just doesn't recognize my family member as patient. Then forced to call 800 number and get in loop of entering same information MULTIPLE TIMES to not be recognized. Eventually get to a live person who is asking for DOB and last 4 of SSN. NOPE!nPlease get this fixed!
