Idk what the bad reviews are about. Every single person I saw was so nice. Dr Bailey was so helpful, took time to explain everything to me. His nurse was so polite, and helpful. I had bloodwork and X-rays and both places are inside the building, the techs were so happy, friendly and helpful. I will say the lab closes at 12 for lunch, which was a little annoying BUT I was hungry anyway so I ate and came back. Lab tech was so fast, no pain.

My mother has seen Dr. Cardona for issues with her kidneys at least twice & hasn't been given any answers. Mostly because the Dr & staff can't seem to figure out how to get results from tests THEY'VE ordered!! The staff seems like they prefer to be elsewhere & aren't helpful with questions or appointments at all. This isn't just my mom's words, we've had 2 different family members attend her appointments & to say they were disappointed is an understatement! If the neglect continues I will be reporting to everyone who will listen!! DO BETTER!! Treat your patients like they are your mother, children, siblings,etc!!!

THE STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL AND THEY DO NOT TAKE THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU NEED, THEY JUST CUT OFF THE CALLS
