The clinic was clean and the receptionist/assistant was wonderful and patient. Once I had gone to the back, the nurse or medical assistant was also very sweet and we spoke about the issues I was having, even shared a laugh or two. That says a lot about the type a person she is; making me laugh while in pain. The NP Ronnie Lem was wearing a mask, I couldnu2019t hear him, he did not examine me at all. He sat far away like I had the plague. My primary care physician told me to go to the ER, however, I was at Southern Brain and Spine for my husband and choose Urgent Care the next day. As I was trying to explain what brought me there that day. He told me to, u201cGet to the point!u201d I did most of the talking and he just gave me the Antonio asked for without questions or testing. He was very bizarre and rude!nI would recommend the clinic but, not seeing Ronnie Lem NP!

I have visited this urgent care before and they are always very nice. I saw Dr. Cabrera this time and he is great! He listened and was very professional. I definitely recommend him as he takesntime to find out all of the symptoms you may have. He also has a good bedside manner. LCMC is fortunate that he works for them.

Had to make a visit to urgent care on Thanksgiving Day, the staff were amazing and helpful. I know it was a holiday that they had to work, but they were still nice, accommodating, and friendly. Facility was very clean. Best part.. I received a call the following day from a staff to check in on me. I cannot highly recommend them enough. All staff were attentive and respectful. The NP, Nurse, and MA were all knowledgeable and provided great care using excellent bedside manner's. It took a little longer for Michelle to feel better, than staff and myself anticipated, but she was able to attend school Friday and sheu2019s looking much better today. Thankful for her medical treatment per LCMC Urgent care in Kenner. Your Team is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your excellent service.nGod Blessing to all.
