All of the staff here treated us with respect and were truly professional. The care that my husband received was beyond our expectations. Having had an injury that was far worse than we expected, Dr. Packer was on the job! He and staff sought out the proper medical attention that my husband required. He networked with outside agencies, hospitals and doctors expeditiously. My husband started here at 12:24pm, was having images done by 1:00pm and was going into surgery at Providence (Anchorage) by 3:00pm. No time was wasted nor spared. Dr. Packer, Dana, and staff saw an urgency and assured that we were in great hands, from the very beginning to the end! Kuddos to this establishment and staff. Thank you all for everything!

The young girl with the bull ring nose has an attitude with anyone that doesn't have an accent. And the doctor tells you 8am, he doesn't show up. Don't go here is you have a behavior disability, if you speak and they don't like it they will kick you out of the building.

*edited update at the bottom* Honestly one of the worse if not the worst walk in Iu2019ve ever been to. I have severe stomach issues that can be set off by any little thing. Not only was I laughed at by the nurse and front desk for puking in the toilet because they could never puke in a public toilet(jokes on them because I puked in the sink.) fyi guys your walls and doors are veryyy thin. We can hear EVERYTHING. Which leads me to my next experience. I was out for dinner with my husband, and I had a glass of wine and some spaghetti. I donu2019t know if it was the wine or the spaghetti that set off my stomach. But then I proceeded to be judged again after I told them what I ate that night as I said any of those things couldu2019ve set off my stomach. After leaving the room, I overheard them saying, u201ccould you imagine getting sick off of one glass of wine?u201d Then they laughed super loud. You think it would end there. Not only did I get to overhear my medical team talk about my experience as if it was a joke, but the gentleman in the room next to me came in for an exam for Work and I overheard the nurse talking about there being no way in h*ll they can give him an exam that he wants because heu2019s way too fat and he needs to go elsewhere, cause they wonu2019t do it there. I seriously wouldu2019ve rather paid the $2500 to go to the ER Then the $200 to go to this clinic. Do better people. EDIT* I originally gave these guys a 1 star but would like to change it because of how fast they were to get on-top of this situation. I would like to go on and say I received phenomenal care from the doctor that was here. It truthfully was just one individual who made the experience very hard to be there. It sounds like everybody else on their staffing team is wonderful. Thank you guys again for being willing to hear me out and listen to help correct the situation. You guys have a very clean Clinic and I would love to return in the future.

Dr. Packer and his staff are wonderful! I typically go on Base/JBER but who wants to sit at the ER for hours?!nnI highly recommend this Urgent Care because itu2019s clean, friendly staff and a wonderful Doctor. Iu2019ve been coming here since the beginning of Covid. They will take good care of you. Please keep in mind this isnu2019t a hospital but an Urgent Care facility.
