Got my explanation of benefits . When I went there I had to pay 75.00 copay. I later got my EOB and it told me I owed nothing. I called and they are suppose to be sending my refund it's been 3weeks and haven't got it yet. The people are nice and friendly and do there job well. Just know your insurance. They are not in my plan any more so I want be going there any more.

Went to TexMed clinic and was billed $364.00, and a co-pay,in March...they billed my Insurance twice for the same procedure. I along with my insurance representative have contacted the clinic more than once. They take my information and say that management will look into it. I'm still waiting

The worst medical care for women. Doctor Murphy provided little medical advice and the staff just flat out unprofessional. Went for a pregnancy test and never received my results after a 2 hour wait. I will not be returning.

This place takes no responsibility for their workers. The south Austin clinic has been making customers wait extremely long times. This has been going on for years. With 5 people in the waiting room it doesn't matter if you have an appointment. Avoid this place. Go anywhere else because you are not valued as a customer here.
