I give this 4 stars because my doctor is awesome and very helpful. She is concerned about my skin. And, I appreciate it! Yes, the parking is confusing though.

First time visit today and not likely to come back. Parking for the 3800-3850-3900 buildings are ALL in one patient parking ramp. Unless you have a handicapped placard, you can park in front of the buildings. The clinic should inform you to show up 15-30 minutes early for your appointment due to parking lot/ramp congestion. I ended being more than 15 minutes late and was marked as no show. Now I'm stuck making an appointment another month out.

It's like a cruel joke. The parking is confusing as hell, you can't even see the 3800 building before they try and shoo you into a seemingly unrelated parking ramp. Circling around to actually find the building you realize it is only staff parking, you have to use the ramp. Which is very tight parking spots. I was in crutches and it was a nightmare to try and get in and out. And then, you are forced to walk through another building, downhill (and uphill on the way back) , to get to podiatry, which is on the second floor BTW. It doesn't take a genius to realize that people often on crutches shouldn't need to be traveling that far.Apparently this was changed to be this way in 2015 and literally everyone complained and the administration just shrugged. This can only be described as malicious incompetence. Also, for some reason, I kept smelling what seemed like sewage. Or maybe it was the coffee shop? The smell was bad and didn't make sense to be coming from them though.Recommend going to any other park nicollet facility.

Difficult to schedule, poor communication. They will withhold necessary medications from you to make you come in, but they have limited availability likely due to the doctor not wanting to work many hours. They even make you do your own research to determine how much the treatment they are recommending costs and do not seem to care much about their patients. Will not return.

Most employees are kind, courteous and thoughtful. Security is wonderful and the wheelchair access team is a delight! They are very nice to have on sight to help get you to where you need since there is no longer valet parking. It has a parking ramp connected with plenty of spots. It is usually busy but the lab is very fast at getting you in and out even without an appointment. Most my providers are wonderful. They listen, are thoughtful and will try there best to work with you on bettering your health. One downside is that they book out far in advance and sometimes it can take months to get into specialists. Even in primary care it is difficult to get a same day or same week appointment.Optional masks now.
