I was very ill and weak when I showed up. The front desk staff was so kind and compassionate and helpful! Quick checkin process and as your first experience inside they made a wonderful impression!nnVery quickly moved to the waiting area to be seen and took about 4 minutes and I was brought back to the examining rooms and the staff ALL provided exceptional care!nnThe nurses were all very gentle and compassionate and they did their jobs very well! All very professional and very communicative.nnThe doctor I saw was also wonderful! He made certain he understood my concerns and my condition. The care was just exceptional. Everything they did was explained and managed in a very gentle, compassionate and professional way!nnI feel like I received high quality care!

From our check in to reviewing my medical records and current sickness to seeing Luca Delatore it took only 2 hours. He was very thorough and didnu2019t run me through a bunch of unnecessary tests. I left with knowledge about blood pressure and a prescription. Very satisfied.

Probably the best Urgent Care Iu2019ve ever experienced. I have another one I usually use but I thought I would try them since they do appointments. First off the check in was easy. I was seen within 5 minutes and put in a room. The doctor yes a real doctor saw me within 5 minutes and did an accurate diagnosis. Prescribed the appropriate antibiotic and gave me the first dose there!!!! Honestly as a pharmacist Iu2019m very picky about how Iu2019m treated medically and I was really impressed and that is hard to do.

The front desk staff was excellent ! They got me checked in and to the urgent care waiting room . Wonderful Nurse who took my vitals and asked me my health Questions . I only saw a P.A who spent a whole 5 minutes with me. Who gave me the list of Rxu2019s . When i got to the pharmacy , i spoke with my pharmacist about my prescriptions ! She said the PA should have gave me some thing else for my itch than Allegra ! Had to wait now another day to see my own doctor ! Got no relief from the medication they prescribed for me ! I was there 25 minutes at the most ! Didnu2019t feel PA spent enough time on me !
