There is one thing I hate doing, wasting my time. First thing we do is tell these idiots this is our first visit there. I took out my daughter's social and insurance card out to give them. The girl did not take them instead she tells me to go ahead and sign these forms, okay. Again I bring up the cards along with the completed forms. She took the form and instead of looking at the insurance like a normal clinic does, she hands the cards back to me and said she'll call me back for the insurance. Okay. Nearly 2 hours later my husband had to walk up there to ask if they'll need the insurance card now. The inexperienced girl said she doesn't think so and she calls to her co worker to ask if she processed our form and of course she didn't then she ask to see the insurance card walked out back came back to tell us they don't accept our insurance. Really?ud83dude21ud83dude21ud83dude21 If this was a vet, I wouldn't recommend a roach to go there. Pathetic! I will make sure to spread the word of your disgusting clinic. Was going in with my daughter at 8:50pm, and was told by the nurse / receptionist that they were closing. They advertise that they are open until 10:00pm. Others were seated inside, and two other families with sick children were trying enter at the same time as we were. She said that they sometimes close early depending on patients to see. I would think with 3 more entering at 8:50, that would qualify as a need. This is false advertising to post hours until 10:00pm, then not honoring that. I will not be back and will let others know of my experience.

The girl at the front desk was the only one nice. Everyone else was rude Dr. Pennebaker was even more rude. Got pissed off because I didn't want tamiful for my kids. He refused to swab them for flu because of that. He asked me what kind of symptoms did they have. As I am explaining to him he grabs there charts an walks out. Then we all can hear him talking about why did I even bring them. He shouldn't be allowed to be a doctor. He is so unprofessional. His nurse also. I will never go here again or recommend anybody else to.

The staff were very nice and the wait time was short. With a sick child that's cranky they made sure you weren't there long and I loved that.

I have been going here for a couple years.. the staff is very nice. N my son enjoys going ther.. it's a great place to take ur kids.
