The staff here is great, straight and to the point. Izzy, is wonderful and very helpful. Izzy made me feel like you can do it with constant reassurance at the right time. Maybe she a sports coach. Nice, clean office. From start to finish high 5, fist bump, or just a good old hand shake. Itu2019s a great place.

Very rude at front desk, they tried to persuade me to leave with the threat of a two hour wait time even though the lobby was empty. Did not have any sense of urgency for an urgent care facility and would not check insurance coverage until a six page document was filled out with repetitive information on each page.

The doctors are rude and disrespectful. I wouldnu2019t go back there at all. When I stated I was in pain they stated they couldnu2019t fix pain and had no solution for me. This is the crest workmanu2019s comp place to go. The staff at the counter and physical therapy. are very nice. Stay away from the doctors.

All staff are very nice. Dr Chatterjee and Dr Kohan are excellent. They kept me informed. I felt comfortable with them. However, waiting time could be improved.

I have been here three times, and every time it was so disorganized and such an awful experience. I had to take PTO from work this last time just to make sure I would be able to accommodate the ridiculous 1.5 hour wait for the most simple procedure and not be late for work. The first time I did not think walking in at 8 am would literally take an hour and a half and so I had to come back the next day after moving my schedule around to accommodate. I don't know if they are short staffed or what the deal is but it has been consistently horrible for 7 months now. Seriously go anywhere else.
