As of today, I have never had any issues with Alliance Family practice, quite the opposite. My regular provider Sara Olson is amazing and what a true physician should be. Sheu2019s quick to offer solutions without judgement or condemnation and really wants to help her patients. It took way too long to find a provider that possesses a compassionate & caring bedside manner while having the tough and sometimes uncomfortable conversations but so glad I did.

I've gone to Alliance for 7-8 years and I really appreciate this practice. Jeremy Johnson, PA, has been my primary care provider and I can't say enough about his care. He is attentive and caring in his approach and so well-researched in all that he does. I also love that he is open and supportive of my desire to do some testing and treatment in a more natural/alternative manner. I have complete confidence and appreciation in his care and in the care I receive at Alliance.

Great staff. Providers listen and do not poo-poo your thoughts about your health care ideas. Typically, not a long time for an appointment and they are efficient at getting you in, done and out. Glad I left the other big health care outfit in town.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to be lied to about what you will have to pay. I asked my provider numerous times if I would be out of pocket for my lab work and appointment and I was assured that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket. Then I get two bills in the mail, one from their lab and one from Alliance directly. I am young and donu2019t have a lot of money so I feel very taken advantage of and lied to. I have contacted their office to resolve this issue, hoping they would do the right thing. They did not. They told me itu2019s too bad because I signed something that said they can charge me whatever they want. Horrible, awful establishment with horrible people who do not care about honesty or well being of patients. Cecelia Jones was the provider who lied directly to my face. Please avoid her and this office at all costs if you value honesty and integrity in your medical provider.

My family has used Alliance as an urgent care a handful of times. But recently, I changed my Primary Care and chose Jeremy Johnson, PA as my provider. He is awesome. He genuinely cares, he listens, and he works with me to develop a plan of care. Highly recommend.
