Dr Shah is an amazing, kind, and caring physician. I have recommended him to a lot of my friends. I love he will check your hormones and thyroid correctly and make sure that you are given the proper treatment. I also appreciate that he has a walk-in clinic so if youu2019re sick or somethings going on, you can just walk in and see him. This makes it so convenient to get on with your life and get over being sick.

I have been going to Dr. Shah for a few years now. He is kind and compassionate, and I trust him to make sound decisions regarding treatment. His specialty is emergency medicine, and he once ran the ER department at a local hospital. He knows his stuff. As for his staff, I have never had any issues with them. They get busy sometimes and may not be so chatty, but they have always been pleasant to me. For me, Dr. Shah is more like an old-fashioned physician. And a very good one.

The front office staff consistently displays a can't be bothered attitude towards patients who are ill and waiting to be seen by the doctor. I have witnessed it and have experienced it myself both on the phone and in the clinic. Recently, I changed to a new insurance policy which they do not accept. Understanding I would have to find a new care facility I asked for my records which I was informed would cost me $1.00 per page plus additional money for a disk representing my x-rays. I paid for the visits and I was charged for the x-rays during my care visit....should they really charge me again for copies of what I already paid for?Additionally, the doctors quality of care was less than impressive so it is welcomed that I have to find a new care clinic. I would not recommend the clinic or this doctor to others.

I used to be a patient of Darshan Shah. Unfortunately, in the past 6 months I have been in and out of hospitals with a series of ailments. It started with removal of gall bladder, stenting of bile duct, a bout of Covid 19 and, finally 2 strokes. I made an appointment with him to reconnect and take it from there. I went to his office, only to be told that Shah REFUSED to see me with the excuse that he has been harassed by the nurses of the facility in which I currently reside, requesting medical info. Don't be naive like I was. Find another PCP!

Dr. Shah and his staff are simply the best. He is the only doctor I trust. I appreciate if it is an issue, like surgery, he makes sure that I go to the best possible surgeon. I have been his patient for nearly 15 years.
