Dr Martinez was warm, kind, & friendly. Explained everything well to my teenage granddaughter. Even showed her her own x-rays. His conversation regarding pain management was valid, to the point, well understood, and made perfect sense on why you don't need narcotics for every little pain. This was our first time here as we just moved into the neighborhood. I'm sure this will be our go-to clinic for our next Urgent Care needs.

Iu2019ve been going to Dr. Martinez for over a decade and I can say without a doubt that he is the most professional physician I have encountered in my entire life. He is attentive, highly knowledgeable and compassionate. His staff is always professional as well. If you havenu2019t realized that they have moved, they relocated to a beautiful new building just around the corner of the intersection of council and Hefner just north on the east side. Just look for the new brick building. Trust me, even though you are under the weather, you will leave there feeling better just knowing you got the care you deserved.

If we could make Dr. Martinez our family primary physician, we would. He's seriously the best doctor we've ever used. Dr. Martinez has been very knowledgeable about every concern we've ever thrown at him. He asks pertinent questions to assess the condition and explains his diagnosis in detail.Most recently, one of our sons has developed a bit of an unusual tick when he speaks that concerned us. A little online research suggested such movements could be indicative of potential neurological problems. When we called his pediatrician (a very respected doctor) to schedule an appointment, they were hesitant to see him, as they had little experience with the symptoms.I told my wife if there was one doctor I knew who could, at least, point us in the right direction, it was Dr. Martinez. After a thorough examination and an in-depth discussion of which parts of the brain affects different behaviors, Dr. Martinez explained that our son had simply developed a not-so-uncommon habit that could be overcome with awareness and some focus on stopping it. He assured us that no MRI was needed.Having used AM PM Clinic for a number of years, I'm appalled by some of the bad reviews that claim Dr. Martinez is rude and uncaring. We have never seen that from him. We've repeatedly witnessed a caring and dedicated physician with years of experience who, first and foremost, strives to do his best for his patients. He may tell one something they don't want to hear, but I'm an certain he would never tell one something he does not believe to be true.

Do not come here, especially donu2019t take your children here! I brought my one year old daughter and Dr. Martinez acted like we were completely wasting his time. He had zero compassion, he was rude, abrupt and practically kicking us out of his office, and we were the only people there. He had no one else waiting. The staff is unfriendly and uncaring as well. Take your children and your money to staff that actually care about people.

I've been here a few times now over 2 years. Dr. Martinez and everyone I've encountered are absolutely wonderful. Excellent customer service and Dr. Martinez is really great! He's kind, knowledgeable and very insightful. u263aufe0f I will continue to refer my friends and family here.
