I spent 8 days in the hospital and received absolutely excellent care while there. Every single nurse and assistant were incredible, (except one), and I had at least half a dozen of each while there. I am so grateful to all of them for their amazing care. Several of them went above and beyond, even checking on me when they weren't assigned to me that shift. Truly, just amazing people. I can't imagine doing their job. I was a high maintenance patient, as I was on 4-5 antibiotics which had to be changed every 30-90 minutes, in addition to other meds as well. None of them had ever seen anyone on so many antibiotics before, but they managed it all like clockwork, and with kindness. I cannot say enough about them. I am incredibly grateful to all of them.

I had two ultrasounds yesterday. I arrived early for my appointment and was checked in quickly. Before I even got comfortable in the waiting room, Sarah called my name and took me to the exam room. She was very professional and friendly. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures and answered any questions I had. Sarah was a great ultrasound technician!

Had an overnight stay for my daughter post tonsillectomy and the childrenu2019s ward was simply amazing! They took great gentle care of my sweet girl! Right after we left discharge we had to go down to the ER for her brother and they treated us with respect and made sure we understood everything and warned that we may end up staying the night. We did not have to thank god and we got to go home with a hydrated four month old with tips on how to keep him cleared up and breathing easy!

The nurses in the ER, surgery, and pediatric unit and CT tech in the ER were amazing. The PA and NP that we saw in the ER were excellent. The surgeon that took care of my son was fabulous. The only complaint I have was the length of time it took in the ER to get CT imaging done. They were busy and I understand but 4 hours waiting on a CT scan was a bit ridiculous. I am a healthcare provider and have worked in many different roles throughout my years. The length of stay times in the ER really need to be looked at and studied to see how they can be improved. That all falls on administration. So if I were giving the hospital staff that provide care and the hospital for services offered definitely 5 stars. ER/hospital administration or whoever is overseeing the staffing needs and length of stay in the ER 2 stars.

Everyone is sooo so nice and attentive. I was comfortable with each and every person I came into contact with. Joseph and Brent in recoveryu2026..so great Joseph is so funny he made me laugh a lot, he was right there if I needed him and I was watching him with the other patients and weu2019ll spot on Joseph your wonderful. The nurses told me they love working there and the even said they loved their bosses. Thatu2019s awesome. I have to go back for an MRI in a week so Iu2019ll see you then.ud83dude0a
