Emergency room was very good but the problem was when sent to a room. No one should ever experience this, it was not to have any patient in this condition . The room was not clean , the bathroom was not sanitary, no toilet holder the Bed had an indented hole in the middle of the bed, I sleep holdings the Side rail so I wonu2019t fall. I could not get my meds that I needed because they could not supply it. They informed me I could not bring my meds. My blood sugar went up to 400. Due to they could not prove my med that I needed. Room 445 , I was told bad reviews but I didnu2019t believe it! I will not ever go back!! My 5 friend who had been admitted in the hospital had bad reviews. The doctor s where very good and I show them the bed they apologized, I ask them release me I could meditate my self in better condition s.

I can't thank the team at Resurrection hospital working on 5/15 for safely delivering my baby boy, Finn, at just shy of 30 weeks and taking such good care of us both. I had a whirlwind experience, traveling home from a work trip in New York in active labor without fully realizing what was going on (worst pain of my life, so knew something was up). I was taken off airplane by medic to Resurrection and everything happened incredibly fast. The team was so compassionate and made swift and smart decisions to help both my baby and I be as safe as possible with the circumstances. I was incredibly scared and probably impossible to manage given the pain and they helped keep me and my husband calm and gave great care. Finn was transferred to the Northwestern NICU where the nurses and doctors continue to praise how great of care the team at Resurrection did in thoroughly, safely and swiftly navigating his care. 5:20 AM just getting home from the emergency room. Doctors and nurses were fabulous. Kept us informed of everything. But but there was one guy who stood out at the end when we were leaving They were wheeling out my mother, and he seen me walking behind with my Cane. He knew it would be hard for me to get back to my car so he grabbed the wheelchair and put me in it and wheel me to my car. And after I got the car around, he brought my mother out and helped her get in the car Just an unbelievable finish, and his name isT NO. When he says his name, heu2019ll tell you itu2019s like the letter T and then NO. For emergency room, it was a pretty good experience that helped us through the issues we had

My wife delivered a baby there last week, the facilities were good, the nursing and medical staff were all awesome, thanks for everybody in the birth center at the third floor, and all technicians and administrators. As a first time mom and dad, the lovely people at the birth and delivery unit managed to make us so relaxed, although it was during the cyber attack that hit Ascension. Wanted to shout out about Dr. Royal McKenna. I want to say he is a great listener, and gives his full attention on every visit I have had. On point with medications, and any tests I have needed. Always has a positive attitude. Makes sure we went over everything, and that I understood him. He has a great personality, and I'm glad to have found him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new caring Doctor.
