Was there for an hour and never got taken back. One other person in the waiting room before me. The office manager (I assume) took a call from a patient and when she hung up proceeded to talk about how u201cpissedu201d she was at the doctor for promising some paperwork. She then went into another room, door closed and continued to complain about him and cussing. I know everyone cusses but this was highly unprofessional. And for someone who doesnu2019t feel good whatsoever and to hear that, then never be seen, I left and went to a different urgent care that I was taken back right away and they were pleasant and polite. Iu2019ll never try to go back to this urgent care again.

I have been here 3 times in the last 12 months, because it takes a long time to see my Doctor. All 3 times my wait was less then 10 minutes. Very friendly and competent medical staff. Unlike a lot of other places they seem to care and not treat you like an inconvenience. The nurse you see, Andrea I believe her name is, one of the friendliest I have seen in a long time. Highly recommend.

After waiting a while because they take appointments, I get called back. The nurse swabbed me for strep which came back negative. Cool. The next person came in, assumably the doctor, and checks me over. Says I have a borderline ear infection and thatu2019s what causing my fevers, sore throat, bad cough, body aches, and chills. I ask about flu because Iu2019m 22 weeks pregnant and those are flu symptoms. She said she doesnu2019t have any reason to believe itu2019s flu and treats me as ear infection and sends me on my way. 2 days later with more fevers and I get in with my PCP and test positive for influenza A and have no ear infection. Great job urgent care. Give a pregnant woman a script of unnecessary antibiotics(which I never picked up) and donu2019t test her for what she has. Nice work. Waste of $35

Here right now with my husband whou2019s a vet and heu2019s in excruciating pain. The website states that facility is open when in fact the door is locked and u201cclosedu201d sign still in window. Hard to locate due to signage being covered by bushes. Driving to other location called first, they are indeed open. Please do better!

Been here twice. Both times very friendly and comfortable. My 3yo had a daycare physical and just came back for him limping and he had an X-ray. Very nice staff. We went to Great Lakes Urgent Care before on Dixie Hwy and they are the polar opposite; mean, cold, impersonatable! I am comfortable bringing my child here. Thank you.
