I recently had my very first trip to the ER with a dislocated broken ankle. I canu2019t say enough good things about the care I received. The nurses, doctor, and technicians were all knowledgeable, caring and professional. They treated me with kindness and respect.nI have since had surgery and am on the mend and simply said, I will always be grateful to everyone who helped that afternoon.

Waited 3 hours in the e.r watched 15 people leave without being seen. The E.R had less then 5 people at anytime. This is possible the worst run hospital i have ever been to. I was a hundred times better prior to Dartmouth taking over. Ill drive a hour and go to NY next time.

just reading other reviews and realizing I am not alone. Last year ER visit for severe sudden onset of rare tickborne illness that resulted in altered state. I did not have anyone there with me (went by ambulance) they treated me horribly and wrote in my permanent medical record that I was inappropriate when I was literally out of my mind in pain and probably some encephalopathy. They would not even give me a Tylenol and thought I was drug seeking. I feel sad this happened to others too.

I love to miss diagnose people and send them home. I have four different diagnosis for different times in less than two weeks. The second time I want to try to say I was smoking weed in the room when I havenu2019t touched marijuana since 18 January because I couldnu2019t keep anything down they came up with the diagnosis all because I shut the curtain to take a pee lol Because they refused to let me go to the bathroom, which was not a big deal, but Iu2019m not peeing with the curtain open

This definitely is not how I wanted to end my 12 day New England trip... but everyone here is SO nice! Everyone is accommodating and approachable. There's people to help with every aspect of your visit. To getting out of the car to finding the correct area to getting back out again.nnVermont definitely has great hospitals and staff.n**permission granted to take photo of staff**
