I waited with my son for 1 hour and 10 minutes in the wait room, then was brought to a patient room where I was told to undress my son and put him in a hospital gown. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, a Doctor/PA popped her head in and said she would be with us in a moment. 15 minutes go by, and we finally get medical attention..5 minutes worth, after which we are brought to another room and wait for 10 minutes for the doctor to come back and show me in a medical book of what my son has, after which she tells us to wait in the waiting room while she writes up the prescription. 15 minutes go by, and she finally returns, giving the prescription to the receptionist/nurse, who has me sign discharge papers and tells me Thanks for coming in.Total wait time: 3 hours 10 minutesTotal service time: approx. 5 minutesWhat is the point of clinics like this? I should have just gone to the emergency room.
