I visited this location due to back pain, and I want to highlight the kindness of the staff and the professionalism of the doctor. Doctor Adel Salam did everything possible to help me, showing great attention and care. When I left, I truly felt that I had been well taken care of. Good morning,Went to urgent care this morning for a deep cut. No wait and Cynthia (PA) took super care of me, spent ample time examining my finger. Excellent bed side manner. She called in Dr. Phillip Lam to examine my finger as well. He also gave great attention to my issue, and was extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend Mercy urgent care! Thank you

Good visit it was a lovely surprise to have Cynthia Perez again as my APRN she truly wants to figure out how to help you and provides excellent service. It was much worth the long wait which they did inform everyone of before checking in when I saw the care they put into each and every patient. Thereu2019s not enough good things to say about the entire staff but once again I highly recommend Cynthia Perez if she is available.
