I always have a pleasant experience when I go to the Hillsboro Urgent Care in Deerfield. The front desk staff is welcoming and efficient. They make scheduling appointments super easy and are always kind and patient. The medical staff are super on top of things. They take the time to listen to my concerns, identify the real issues, and give me practical solutions to improve health. They always get medications to your pharmacy right away as well. On 12/17/24, we arrived in Deerfield and my wife wasnu2019t feeling well. I took her to Hillsboro Urgent Care, did they spring into action. She thought it was a UTI! When getting a urine sample she passed a kidney stone. Surprice !!!They checked her out and did the culture for the UTI( negative) got her some meds called in. We were in and out in record time! Excellent Job!

I am from out of state on a vacation and injured my toe. I called several local minor ER centers and this one was the most courteous of all! The front desk staff was knowledgeable and able to assist with my insurance questions. The nurse and doctor were experienced and I felt positive and comfortable with my care. Oh and they got me in quickly! Highly recommend! Great Staff!

I would like to thank Dr. Spadacinni and all the staff at HUC for great experience every time I have an appointment, prompt with any and all visits , treatments and tests. I would recommend anyone in need of primary or urgent care. The staff are always friendly and respectful and ready to advise and treat.

SCAMnIu2019m charged $150 bc I hadnu2019t reached my deductible- whatever they donu2019t control insurance. But when I want to confirm strep itu2019s extra. EXTRA. Isnu2019t that the whole point of paying my deductible? So insurance covers those tests? Because I have no doubt they will also bill them for the same thing and double dip. So theyu2019re either scamming me or theyu2019re scamming my insurance. I just called my insurance and they assured me it doesnu2019t work that way and they never shouldu2019ve charged me $150. My copay is $50. Thatu2019s it. Go elsewhere
