Thanks to all the doctors and nurses that took care of Mr. Reggie! Also, I would like to give a special thanks to all the wonderful staff and security members that worked at this center. Everyone was kind and respectful of their patients. During the time it was winter and Covid-19 was still a thing, plus Mister Reggie was omitted due to the virus. But in all and all he was provided with a nice clean room and also given meals daily! He almost stayed in the hospital for 2 weeks and not once did he say he had an issue whatsoever. Thanks again to everyone and bless you all!!!

The staff here are wonderful. Especially the ladies at the front desk. They were so lovely knowing I had my appointment for surgery. Very personable, made something that is very scary a lot less. My mom talked great about them as well and she told me how wonderfully they talked about me. If ever there was a need like before, I'd choose Baptist first without a doubt. This is how medicine is done. I canu2019t thank the emergency room staff enough for taking care of my special needs brother-in-law in a time of crisis. Ernie has Downu2019s Syndrome and Nurses Will, Erin and another whose name I forget (femaleu2026 sorry about this) Treated him like family, and he immediately latched onto them. The female doctor was also fantastic, efficient, warm and friendly. I work at a hospital and understand that treatment like this does not always happen. This staff needs to be recognized for their outstanding service and warmth.

$1700 to take a covid test. I supposedly tested positive. While my partner who was worse than me results came back as unspecified Viral Infection. When they found out we was together they acted shocked and surprised which led me to believe, that they told us anything. I went to Touro right after and tested Negative.
