I visited this urgent care recently and was blown away by how fast, friendly, and professional the entire team was. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcome and got me checked in quickly. The nurse and doctor were kind, attentive, and explained everything clearly. I was in and out much faster than I expected, and I felt like they truly cared about my health. The facility was clean, well-organized, and overall just a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone needing quick, reliable care!

Complete incompetence and waste of time! Their website states that they offer allergy shots, so I booked at a strategic time when I needed them. I arrived and am told that they donu2019t have them. They cannot help me, but they were happy to take my $150 and would not refund it. Are you kidding?nI asked why they accepted my appt when I clearly stated that was my need, and I was first told that itu2019s an automated system, then when I asked if there was any oversight, the receptionist said that the office manager does check it. No one had their story straight. I do not recommend and will not return.

Iu2019m at Caregiver at Balboa Bay Club. My Boss is 88 years old. She Loves coming here. The staff is always cheerful and professional. The wait is never to long. Today we only waited 15 minutes. Thanks Newport Urgent Care.

I would give more stars if possible, due to the amazing staff at Newport Urgent care. I came in to visit in pretty bad shape and ended up needing to go to the ER. Terri and her nursing team were beyond accommodating and went above and beyond. While waiting outside they were concerned and one of the nurses came out to check on me. They offered to stay with me *outside* even after the office closed - being concerned about my condition. Anyone else could have just sent me on my way but they did this. That's the kind of team I want looking after me when I need to go to Urgent Care. Thank you Terri and team, I will be back for a follow up. You made a really bad day feel better.
